Da Membrane is committed to delivering each ordered product with as much transparency as possible. However, if you feel obligated to return our product, and want a refund for the same, please keep the following things in mind.
You can only return a product and get a refund for the same when:
- You received a damaged product
- Your product is wrong
- You received an expired product
- You want to cancel the Order

Damaged Product
- Place your return or replacement request within 7 days of the delivery using our email ID: care@damembrane.com
- We will require 48 hours to analyze your refund or replacement request.
- After that, we will initiate our refund or replacement request.
- We will send our courier partner to provide you with the replacement product. However, in case of the return and refund request, you will be guided to get the refund only through bank transfer.
- As soon as our courier partner picks up the damaged product, you will receive the return in your bank account.
Wrong Product
- Place your return or replacement request within 7 days of the delivery using our email ID: care@damembrane.com
- We will require 48 hours to analyze your refund or replacement request.
- After that, we will initiate our refund or replacement request.
- We will send our courier partner to provide you with the replacement product. However, in case of the return and refund request, you will be guided to get the refund only through bank transfer.
- As soon as our courier partner picks up the wrong product, you will receive the return in your bank account.
Expired Product
- Place your return or replacement request within 7 days of the delivery using our email ID: care@damembrane.com
- We will require 48 hours to analyze your refund or replacement request.
- After that, we will initiate our refund or replacement request.
- We will send our courier partner to provide you with the replacement product. However, in case of the return and refund request, you will be guided to get the refund only through bank transfer.
- As soon as our courier partner picks up the expired product, you will receive the return in your bank account.
Order Cancellation
- Place your order cancellation request within a day of placing the order using our website.
- We will require 48 hours to analyze your refund or replacement request.
- After that, we will initiate our refund or replacement request.
- After analyzing the cancellation request, we will refund your money (only if you have paid when placing the order) through bank transfer.
Unavailability of Making Refund
We will not be able to provide a refund for the ordered goods if:
- The product is used or changed
- The refund or replacement request is not generated within the said period mentioned above
- The original packaging label is missing
